I'm extremely disappointed with the new banking app from IOB Connect. I've been trying to log in for 5 days, and it's been a frustrating experience. The app has a major issue with the login system, which is unacceptable for a banking app. The OTP system is flawed, with a limit of 3 SMS attempts per day. When I try to enter the OTP, there's a gap between seeing the OTP and typing it, and the app logs me out. Even using split screen didn't i will request please work had

I don't understand how an app with a 4 star rating will do such a bad thing. First they told me to update the app, then they updated it, then they said set it up again, when everything is already set up, then update that and login.. but they did not set it up again because there is no other option So you did the process for setup banking with your referred SIM card number, so we should be worried about your or the network provider's mistake if you do it 2 to 3 times then the limit gets exceeded.

I have been trying to add my card details in the IOB app for the past two days. Every single time, the app times out. It is extremely frustrating and wastes a lot of time. The app is very unstable and poorly maintained. This is honestly one of the worst banking apps I have ever used. The overall banking service experience is also disappointing. Please fix the technical issues instead of making customers struggle for basic services.
