I was using the old version of. iob mobile app which was user-friendly and convenient. . No issues. I was having two accounts in the same app. I could use comfortably . But now i am forced to download the new connect mobile app . I couldn't register again for the same two accounts. It says one customer ID is having two accounts I am advised to contact the branch. I am prevented from using old app. I couldn't not do any remote transactions.

Rooted app installed Error. Won't work stating that I have a rooted app installed on my phone. The Rooted app in question - Textra SMS which is a very reputed SMS stock replacement app. Has been installed for almost a decade on my phone and this is the first time I have had this issue. Kindly fix it ASAP.

I don't know how you decide what is a malicious app. Using SMS Organizer from Microsoft installed from Play Store as my messaging app. The IOB app on startup shows "Rooted application detected. Please uninstall malacious app such as SMS Organizer." Please get your tech team to fix it. It was working earlier. My phone is not rooted. Spelling of malicious is wrong, btw. People are complaining about this issue since 15-07-26, but no action from your end yet. App cannot be rated if it can't be used.
