Trying to use this app but it is not sending SMS for verification. Please note all other OTPs and SMS are being received except for IOBians mCHRIS and IOB PENSIONERS LOGIN website. any helpline number to complain?

The app is not working after the recent update. Biometric aadhar app also got updated recently. But after that only once I can mark the attendance. After wards the same issue... biometric is not fetching. That is on a daily basis if we install the app then we can mark the attendance. please resolve this issue in the recent update.

when we try to login mchris Couldn't get otp after changing the chris password in system the problem persists
