Hello Chiemgau,
Being mobile at Lake Chiemsee has a new name: Rosi! The low-cost public transport offer enables needs-based bus trips on demand. Your individual trip can be booked conveniently and flexibly on our on-demand platform - from Monday to Sunday, from EUR 2.50 per trip, without a timetable. In a network of 619 stops in 11 different communities in the Chiemgau, Rosi will pick you up at the selected starting point at the desired time and will reliably take you to your predetermined destination.
The amount of the fare depends on the zone. It starts with zone 1 (up to 4 km) for €2.50 and goes to zone 5 (from 15 km) for €6.00 (plus €1.10 per additional km). The app enables cashless payment by credit card. The fare can also be paid in cash when you board the bus. You determine your payment method when booking. The actual fare will be shown to you in advance.
With Rosi, thanks to a fleet of electric vehicles, you can get to the following communities quickly and easily from Monday to Thursday (7 a.m. to 10 p.m.), but also Friday (7 a.m. to 3 a.m.), Saturday (9 a.m. to 5 a.m.) and Sunday (9 a.m. to 8 p.m.). reliably to your destination: Aschau im Chiemgau, Bad Endorf, Bernau, Breitbrunn, Eggstätt, Frasdorf, Gstadt am Chiemsee, Höslwang, Prien am Chiemsee, Rimsting, Samerberg.
All important information and further details about Rosi can be found at www.rosi-mobil.de or by telephone on 08031/400 700. The mobility center can be reached during Rosi's operating hours and is available to answer your questions.
By the way: part of the Rosi fleet has wheelchair ramps and can take passengers in wheelchairs with them. If necessary, please indicate this when booking so that an accessible vehicle can be sent. It is also possible to take prams and buggies with you. Unfortunately, Rosi is not suitable for transporting electric wheelchairs. Unfortunately, larger pieces of luggage that exceed hand luggage, bicycles or electrically powered light vehicles (so-called e-scooters) cannot be transported due to capacity reasons.
