Install ION App to start using our EVSE across the kingdom using your smartphone.
• Simply, scan the QR code displayed on the EVSE or enter the PIN code to enable the EVSE.
• Use the map to check for the nearest available EVSE to you.
• Check your balance and transactions history.
How to use:
Start using the app by registering your Name, E-mail, Mobile number.
You can recharge your balance using eFawateerCom service from your bank account, e-Wallet, PSP and any other eFawateerCom agents spread across the kingdom.
The reference number to recharge your account is your registered mobile number in ION App.
How we calculate charging cost?
The cost of a charging operation is simply how much your EV draws energy in (KWH) times the tariff set by the government of Jordan (Energy and Minerals Regulatory Commission) EMRC.
Cost (Fills) = Energy (KWH) x Tariff (Fills/KWH)
Our EVSE calculates the energy supplied to your EV with high accuracy.

Ratings and reviews

The new update is full of bugs and error messages, seems that they never tested it before publishing, it also requires entering mobile number if you want to top up but there's no way to add mobile number, the previous version although wasn't good but at least it was working, what a mess!
