old app was fine. app before that was fine. this one has less information and now not sure if it's the app or the OS on the thermostat, but I cannot set my fan to always on in different comfort profiles. for that matter I cannot get the fan to be always on if I override. really miss having an ecobee thermostat, so much more robust and configurable.

I had an ecobee with my old hvac, and I loved it. now I'm stuck with having to use this one, and it's horrible. you have very limited control of the system, and you can't do the easiest things like "run the fan 10min every hour" like the ecobee could. so now I find myself having it do it manually, then I forget it's running for several hours, costing me money. fix your app and give us full control. oh, and make the systems not lag 5 minutes before changing.

I like the new app design, but there are issues. Electricity always shows 0kwh and $0. Historical before the upgrade still shows and gas usage still reports. Operating status is not always accurate. Additionally, changes made (temprature, fan, etc...) using the app rarely does anything (dosnt update thermostat) or might not take effect until hours later. Even when connected to the same wifi network with a 1gig fiber internet connection. It's likely a cloud (backend server) issue on their end.
