I would have given it a better score if it wasn't constantly crashing every time I try to log in. Whenever I open it it will stay on screen for a few seconds and then it will self minimize and close out on its own. This has been going on for over a month now, and I had to make a shortcut to the login page on my Home screen instead. This bug should've been fixed by now. If you're a bank and you make an app for it, keep your customers updated on it, there's no word from anyone about it anywhere.

When it works, it's a nice app. Everything is easy to use and find. However, I've run into so many glitches. It will attempt to sign you in and just say loading forever, it has locked me out of my account with no reason, it locks certain features at times. Can be very frustrating.

I use it a lot but my biggest issue with the app is how I can't get notifications on my phone when my card or account is charged. I also hate I can't login with biometrics. The app seems kind of outdated with technology. You have to manually login every time to use the app and there's no way to set notifications or anything like that. Would make the app so much better...
