The app primarily needs to serve as a time-keeping app that allows users to clock in, and clock out, to accurately track time. Compensation for time can vary, usually there is an hourly rate, a rate for specific things (weekends, nights, on-call at a hospital, holidays). In general the app needs to be able to log hours, and send them to a facility contact to verfy the hours, and then send the finalized verified hours to us to give to our payroll processor. So think of it like a calendar and timekeeping app to manage all of the shifts they get across different facilities we allocate to. Happy to talk more about this on a call.
