Ratings and reviews

App is very poorly made. Finished adding a card and want to go to the previous menu? The back button (android, not the arrow in the app) takes you back to the edit page instead of the menu. Actually you can see everything you did in the app with the back button. I can't delete my payment info and it takes 24 hours to delete the account. At this point I'm waiting for my card info to be stolen. If you have to use this app link your compass. At least there is no edit menu that would show your info

Lost 200+ minutes of saved time for no reason, just vanished. Now, cannot save time, the option is missing so you always overpay for parking time, even though website declares you can save time, and you could prior. What a fraud product.

Time reminders sent 2 days later - I've been using the app more frequently this month, and got a ticket the first time because the time expired. I received push notifications 2+ days later, and it's been the same each time after.
