Ratings and reviews

Good app, the support is very responsive which is only reason i chose it over others. would like to see able to hide the canceled rides so it don't bug my eyes out. I dont want to delete them.

Works fine for what it is, but Book Rides is getting left behind. There have been no updates or new features in a long time, despite promises. There are some new software alternatives now on the market. We are investigating making a switch.

When you click addresses to map them, the app will never connect to Google Maps. I have both Google Maps and Waze on my phone. When selecting the address, it doesn't come up and ask me what app I want to use. I have a Samsung Android A20.
