This new updated app is seamless! Very easy to use. Your meter details are stored, so that next you don't have to re-enter the details when purchasing next time. You get your token in less than two (2) minutes. I recommend this app to every one.

Paid 10k via bank and didn't get any token. I have called, whatapped, emailed without resolution. Not happy. 😔 UPDATE - after the agents said they hadn't seen my money, the token came a day later. It seem that means of payment is slow compared to the others. I was impressed that they emailed and called me back several times over the issue so I am adding another star 🌟 for that. I don't get that often from other organisations.

User-friendly interface. Prompt customer service. Saves me the stress of buying from local vendors, especially at odd hours of the day. Helps me keep records of my transactions, thereby saving me from flatmates' wahala
