Ratings and reviews

We have been using this app on multiple android phones for two years. It has never worked for myself as well as others on my team. We have constant login issues, photo attachment issues, app deleting photos on phone, messages not sending, messages not being marked as read, messages being duplicated, notification inconsistencies, app crashes, etc. The list of issues is endless! Based on my teams'experience, I can't figure out how this gets 4 stars. I'm pressing the uninstall button shortly.

Updated 7/19/22: it seems to be working again. I stay logged in and get the proper notifications. Hopefully this stays this way. ------ 6/30/22 Android app is awful. It signs me out every time I close it so when there's notifications I have to log back in and half the time when I do log back in, it's blank until I force restart a couple of times. I need to use it when I'm not in the office all the time to stay in communication with clients but it is impossible to use..

Messages are slow. Sometimes hours later. Checked the restrictive battery. Made sure it was high priority and still having issues. Update- this app no longer works, even after reinstalling it. It will not load past the white screen. I have to force quit and reopen to get it to work. If I close the app after that, I have to open, force quit, and reopen to use it. THIS APP IS TRASH!
