I don't like having my credit card details saved so now after the payment I am going to have to delete the details...very annoying. Also when you have more than one child and you are doing a donation through the school you should be able to add it to a 'cart' and just do one transaction not multiple. A huge thank you to Maggie from customer support for reaching out and addressing the above concerns.

As a parent living in the United States, I find the ordering cutoff time difficult because of the time difference with South Africa. By the time I finish work, ordering is often already closed. I would appreciate a later cutoff time or the ability to order further in advance. I would also like to see healthier menu options for children, including more fruits, vegetables, and balanced meals. The app is useful, but these improvements would make it much better for parents and learners.

I was assisted by Jodie he gave me excellent service well spoken very friendly extremely helpful he went the extra mile when I struggled with my login credentials and when that was sorted he assisted me with my linked accounts on the app. He really helped me alot. Thank You Jodie ♥️🙏
