Official application of the OLAP (Observatory Rents in Greater Paris Region).
This application provides information of geographic location as the level median rents for housing in Paris and on the median rents of apartments market.
In both cases, several criteria can be considered for research.
Thus for market rents, it is possible to visualize the rent ranges per m² apartments according to district and the number of parts and to obtain an estimate of the monthly rent and expenses by filling the surface and equipment.
Each apartment category are the median values in euros per square meter, as well as the low and high values.
For Median housing rents, the user gets a median rent per sqm, as well as dispersion indicators and the number of observations used to establish the center by filling in the district, the number of parts and the time of construction
by email sharing functions allow to directly send the information collected to relatives.
