Terrible app, doesn't load properly, and for some reason it chooses to use my Google voice number whe I try to phone a customer or dealership through the app, even though I have it set to "ask before each call" and sometimes I get an error message when using Google voice instead of my carrier number. The job is already stressful and frustrating enough, and this is the straw, especially since there is no choice since this is the app DNS has chosen to use. 😠

I hate to leave bad reviews, but this is the worst app ever. It just doesn't work most of the time. Doesn't load and crashes frequently. The scanning feature for the VIN doesn't work. I have to manually enter the info. Sometimes after I do that, the app crashes and I have to input the info again. It's very frustrating when you absolutely have to use this app for work and it constantly fails.

Wish I could give zero stars, I'm stuck in an endless loop with a map could not load error code. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. And this is on top of the near constant refreshing while in progress because "it's checking for a newer version" which means I have to start over completely. This app is not smuser friendly at all which sucks because my job depends on this app working.
