The app is ok to schedule you tech appointments and it also helps you with the invoicing. However, the main issue for me is having to navigate between my phone calendar and the calendar within the app. One of the greatest option would be able to link Google or apple calendar with the app calendar. Other apps like Ubeya allows it and it's great. One other option would be to add a tracking system where my tech would be able to clock in and clock out when they are within a 100 meters of the job.

A dark mode would be really nice. Entering worked hours is a pain and you should be able to type in the date/times instead of the scrolling. Also I now get vibration haptic feedback when scrolling through the date/times on time registration and I can't find out how to turn it off. This seems to have changed very recently but the last update was in March so I'm not sure why it's doing it all of the sudden.

Doesn't have a notification when you receive new shifts.... So workers have to check it manually, 3 times a day, to see if anything has changed. - OR management has to text/email workers when they upload new shifts... EFFECTIVELY DEFEATING THE POINT OF HAVING A ROSTERING APP IN THE FIRST PLACE. Very poor design. How hard is it to have a notification pop up when there are new shifts??

Hi,
Thank you for your review.
This is intentionally set up this way so planners always have the control over what to communicate with their crew members. We will however take your feedback into consideration because we are always looking to improve our app so that it is more user friendly.
