Extremely frustrating platform mechanism. I passed assessments for roles where I have limited experience, but failed the one for a role where I actually have rich experience and a proven track record (including 10+ successful shifts with 5-star ratings directly on Sidekicker!). There is NO second chance, NO re-take option, and NO appeal channel once you fail an assessment once. Hope the developer add a manual review or re-assessment feature soon.

horrible service i changed my account details and again my salary is been sent to my old account which is closed. this is real bad service. this is the second time this is happening.

You have to use This app to understand it and even then it's by trial and error. I would like the app on my computer to search instead of the phone app, but it doesn't have a desktop version. It doesn't allow you to search for jobs, even though it has a filter saying by company name. that lists employers alphabetically. I am not sure if all roles are on here, but I know my local Council has some roles on there, but I can't see them. I have updated my preferences to ask for within 15 km, so I only get emailed those, but I can be shown all placements. There is no part time it seems, it's full time or nothing, they could improve the days you're available by saying part time, instead of monday to Friday (or weekends). There's no income on roles. I will keep trying to figure it out. The chat function is only enabled in business hours.
