Don’t bother. This app is a complete waste of time. I spent months completing tests, uploading certificates, proving my experience, and setting up my account. I met all requirements, but after all that, I was told I cannot get jobs unless I take the flu vaccine. While recommended in aged care, it’s not legally required everywhere. This should have been clear from the start. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Absolute waste of time! As you're signing up it says there's hundreds of forklift jobs waiting, but once signed up there's absolutely none. Don't bother.

i am waiting for my account approval from 10 days. its been along and customer services are poor. they are not even responding. waste of time and all. people who are searching for jobs genuinely please dont waste time and go for supp app.
