I've been using this app for about 5 years. It's been a lifesaver with some hiccups along the way. My account was under audit before, but never got a clear explanation for the audit and was unable to cash out as a result of this. I was not informed when my account was out of audit and was only able to cash out in December 2025. Please improve on the approval time of slips after uploading. I give 4 stars as you get your rewards, but payments need to be made faster with better customer support.

Great experience with the app. I've had it for years and I have been accumulating my funds for some time. I recently withdrew R999. I had a total of R1029 however you can only withdraw up to R999. and then the balance can be redeemed separately. I didn't know this when I was withdrawing for the first time. I believe it can be made clearer in the app and also just guide users better through the steps of withdrawal. Everything else is great.

I've been using Snap n Save for a while now, and it's honestly one of my favourite cashback and rewards apps. Uploading till slips is quick and straightforward, and I love being able to earn cashback on everyday purchases. The app is easy to navigate, submissions are usually processed without any issues, and the savings really do add up over time. It's a simple way to stretch your grocery budget.
