This app is intended for usage by facility vendors when supporting FacilitySource clients. They must have a proper credentials to log-in into the application.

With the latest update, I am not able to take before and after pictures while checked into a work order. When I click camera, it says "please wait" and will not continue unless you close the app and reopen it. I have to complete the work order and upload pics from my camera roll, which have horrible quality once uploaded. I have tried multiple devices (Pixel 6, OnePlus & S21) and it still won't launch the camera within the app.

Can't detect internet connection although ALL other apps can access the internet just fine. I've even uninstalled, re-downloaded and reinstalled it just to get the "no Internet" screen again... I JUST downloaded it! Garbage app. Makes it so you can't progress on your work - especially not in a timely fashion.

App is not bad, just need to change ability to add photos during job, and allow photos taken in app to be stored on phone. App did not load before photos properly, now I have no before photos to reload.... Also, always get an error message when checking out. Still its much better then vixxos mobile site..

What’s new

1. Image attachments taken with the device camera show the date & time the photo was taken when the photo is uploaded as an attachment to a work order or compliance checklist from the app.
2. For users working in offline mode, client logos on downloaded work orders display as expected. Download controls display as expected when switching between offline and online mode.
3. Other general improvements for app security and stability.
