With the latest update, I am not able to take before and after pictures while checked into a work order. When I click camera, it says "please wait" and will not continue unless you close the app and reopen it. I have to complete the work order and upload pics from my camera roll, which have horrible quality once uploaded. I have tried multiple devices (Pixel 6, OnePlus & S21) and it still won't launch the camera within the app.

App is so bad. Every page has to load and at times it just stays on the please wait blue circle loading prompt for way to long. Need to fix this because it is infuriating. It also will only load your pictures one at a time, you can't upload multiple pictures at once. This app sucks.

Can't detect internet connection although ALL other apps can access the internet just fine. I've even uninstalled, re-downloaded and reinstalled it just to get the "no Internet" screen again... I JUST downloaded it! Garbage app. Makes it so you can't progress on your work - especially not in a timely fashion.

What’s new

1. The On My Way truck icon displays on the Work Order List screen for work orders with an active On My Way.
2. When users with an active check-in are prompted to check out of the work order when viewing a different work order, check-in / check-out options display as expected on the work order after tapping No on the prompt.
3. For work orders with an active On My Way that are moved to a post-work status, the Cancel On My Way option does not display when viewing the work order in the mobile app.
