I dont like the updated app :( The previous version was better bc although it does not look modern, it shows you more information abt your loans, etc. In the new version, you cant see how much you're due is for the month for your loan and cannot see how much the interest is as well. New app does not have mock computation abt your loan. Old ver was more transparent. Rated it 3/5 stars because I liked the old ver but not the new update.

Hello Ms. Rosal, Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the due & interest amount for the month and the loan calculator feature, this will be added in the next update of the app.

Fund transfer to other banks is still unreliable - most of the time you can't use the service since it is unavailable. Also, transfers are posted the next day which is a complete downer. Still hoping for future improvement, for now i will rate 2 stars until this shortcomings are rectified.

Hello Mr. Ancino, Fund Transfer to Bank feature of the app is now under Pinoy Coop Wallet feature. This is now real-time and uou can see this under the main page. If you need help activating your ATM card, please write us at membercare@tagumcooperative.coop.

A LOT COULD BE IMPROVED 1. Please make it able to save my account and password on my phone/google account like how many banking apps do. 2. Also make it so that we can be able to request for the transaction history from at least a year prior. Overall, a great app to track my investments
