I was using this app for quite a while already but recently it requires a code to be sent to my registered email but the app keep on displaying a message that sending an email was failed, so now I cannot use this app anymore to open my account.

why does the app is very slow? of all the app in my phone this one is the slowest. even the verification otp take too long. 2mins lang waiting time then, hindi dadating ang otp

I dont like the updated app :( The previous version was better bc although it does not look modern, it shows you more information abt your loans, etc. In the new version, you cant see how much you're due is for the month for your loan and cannot see how much the interest is as well. New app does not have mock computation abt your loan. Old ver was more transparent. Rated it 3/5 stars because I liked the old ver but not the new update.
