TORN - Worlds largest text-based RPG.

You are now entering Torn City; a dark and dirty metropolis inhabited by two million real people involved in virtual crime, conquest, commerce and more. In this open-world, text-based role-playing crime game you can be whoever you want, be it Bully, Businessman or Barbarian, so long as you’ve got the brains and bullets to back it up.

Ratings and reviews

Torn is a very unique game. You'll start an education course to learn how to fill blood bags, a powerful healing item, and it will take you three weeks of real waiting to complete. You'll travel to Africa to buy some unique items, and the round trip is eight hours... unless a player mugs you when you land, and you're stuck in the hospital for another hour. The game is all about waiting, but it's designed in a way where it doesn't feel as long as it should. It has ways of staying interesting.

This is a fun game to play, but you are better off playing this through your web browser because the app is very slow if you can get it to load at all. Also even if you have problems playing this game through their app you don't get any rewards to make up for the inconvenience or the time you missed. The app hasn't been working for over a week, tried reinstalling but the app still doesn't work, so its better and easier to use your browser.

This my first five star review of a game on the play store. All other games in the same general category as Torn are so heavily monetized that you end up spending just even want to play. I love the freedom that the developers give the players to be themselves both in terms of gameplay (player controlled economy, factions, etc.) and socially. Not very fast paced but is still worth it.
