About this app

TVS M1-S is the companion app for your TVS M1-S electric motorbike. Pair it once, and your bike is with you on your phone: charge level, range, location, ride history, and the controls you reach for most.

CHECK YOUR BIKE AT A GLANCE
Open the app and see the state of charge, estimated range, and whether the bike is charging right now. The app connects over Bluetooth when you are near the bike, and over mobile data when you are not, so the picture stays current either way. Recent readings are kept on the device, so the last known state is still there when you have no signal.

CONTROL YOUR BIKE FROM YOUR PHONE
Power on the bike, open the seat, and ping the bike to make it signal its position when you have lost it in a crowded car park. Put the bike into hibernation when you are leaving it for a longer period.

FIND YOUR BIKE, AND KNOW WHEN IT MOVES
See where the bike is on a map, with its last reported position. Draw a SafeZone around home, work, or anywhere you park regularly, and get an alert if the bike leaves it. Departure and arrival notices tell you when the bike starts and finishes a journey. Anti-Theft and Anti-Tampering alerts warn you if the bike is disturbed.

UNDERSTAND HOW YOU RIDE
Every journey is recorded in the Ride Log, with the route drawn on a map, along with distance, duration, average speed, and elevation. Switch between today, this week, this month, and six-month views to see how your riding changes over time. The Eco Level score shows how efficiently you are riding, so you can see what actually extends your range.

LOOK AFTER THE BATTERY
Set Charging Power to suit the socket you are using. Turn on Battery Protection to limit the charge level and reduce wear when the bike sits unused for a while. Connect the bike to Wi-Fi so it can collect updates on its own.

KEEP THE BIKE UP TO DATE
Firmware updates are delivered to the bike through the app. You can see what is available, start an update, and follow its progress. Release notes tell you what has changed.

A NOTE ON PERMISSIONS
Location permission is used only while the app is open. Android requires it to find your bike over Bluetooth, and it draws your own position on the map when you are choosing a SafeZone. The app does not track your position in the background. The bike reports its own location to your account.
