Ever since Ion stopped allowing receipts to be uploaded, it's been really frustrating, especially when I forget to ask the store to scan the QR code, which takes forever to load. The stores don’t remind you either. I’ve lost count of how many times I've missed out on earning points after making a purchase. It honestly feels like Ion is doing everything it can to prevent members from earning points. It's making me think I should just stick to Landlease malls or just do Grab pick up.

A piece of trash app for such a reputable and well known shopping mall. Full of useless information plaguing the software and isn't even user friendly at all.

Really bad. When I downloaded the app and opened it, it was fine. But once I closed and reopened it, I kept getting "network issues" - no matter whether I was on 4G, wifi, at home - I couldn't scan the receipts. I had to uninstall and reinstall it... and then the same thing happened. Just really poor because what's the point of the app then?
