I'm legally blind and this app helps me a lot. It's much easier for me to look at the numbers then to compare colors on a chemical paper. My pool has been a lot more clean with far less algae breakouts. The time savings and simplicity make this app and product well worth it.

Giant waste of money. The test strip they give you reads different than the device even when you report the readings. The eco gateway has never worked that great either. Support is basically non-existent. Save your money. Edit: your seeing my readings on Nov 4th from the readings to my phone, NOT from over the gateway. And it makes now sense that the app wouldn't reflect the test strip after reporting a new reading using the test strip to the app.

Edit: Your gateway worked perfectly until Nov 11. Is it still plugged in? Your EcO is still working properly. Test strips results are available in the test strips section of the app. The Dashboard shows the EcO analysis. You never reached the support and didn't answer my email. I invite you to contact our support if you have any questions/issues.

Great customer service, but wanting more. I would love for this to be able to measure alkalinity and calcium hardness on demand. I still have to manually check these with a test strip. The customer service has been great, and the product, including gateway has worked very well.
