About this app

The application is intended for users of the Info-Enterprise program and allows you to call the technical support hotline without paying for long-distance and international calls.

To use the application you need to know:
1) Serial number of the certificate for the program. It can be viewed in your Info-Enterprise program in the Help | About the program". If it is not there or Info-Enterprise does not start, the serial number can be seen in the "Certificate for the program" or in the license agreement. These documents are provided when purchasing the program.
2) TIN of the organization for which the program was purchased. If the program was purchased by an individual, then instead of the TIN, you need to indicate the date of purchase of the program without points (for example, 01012021 - January 1, 2021).

In case of difficulties with registration, contact technical support in another way (for example, by writing to [e-mail] or by calling the city phone [phone]).

Note. For users of the free version of the Info-Enterprise program, telephone and e-mail consultations are not available. Technical support is available on the user forum www.infop.ru/forum.
