Great and friendly credit union, the app has a major problem, though. The mobile check deposit is simply useless, taking years of my life to magically light up green borders and take a document scan of the check. When I was on First Tech FCU, mobile deposit took a minute, at most. Most of that was typing info or endorsing the check. The "patented" mobile deposit software just needs to be completely overhauled. Clean slate. Redo it. Not good enough for this modern age.

Constantly have to restart my phone to be able to log in, because it won't respond to input. Can't enter password or tap on anything else on the screen. Restarting the phone fixes this. I have to do this roughly 75% of the time. This problem has persisted through multiple updates and two phones. EDIT: In response to your reply, I am, and have been, updated to the current release. As I stated in my original post, this has continued through multiple updates, and still continues to this day.

There have been growing pains but I think they got a good sense of what to offer for user ease on how to navigate the app. The mobile deposit is fantastic, I should have used it long ago. I have access to my Fico score which is keeping me on track to getting my credit polished back up. I really like the notifications you can sign up to for balances related to you account. I am very pleased with this banking app.
