Syndicate Boss is a single-player mafia tycoon in the spirit of the classic management sims. Start on a street corner in 1925 with one loyal soldier and twelve years to climb from the Slums to the Commission Tower. How you get there decides how your story ends.
PLAN THE PERFECT JOB
Every target is a real building in one of ten city districts: the corner store, the bookie, the armored truck, the art gallery, the city bank. Pick a target and a method, assign your crew, and split their effort across three phases. Some combinations are legendary. Some fall apart. Your debriefs teach you which is which.
BUILD A CREW WORTH FEARING
Hire muscle and brains, train them, promote them, keep them paid and keep them calm. Stressed soldiers make mistakes. Unpaid ones walk. The right lead on the right job is the difference between a headline and a funeral.
TAKE THE CITY, DISTRICT BY DISTRICT
Protection, numbers, loan sharking, a chop shop, an underground casino, a laundromat front. Plant a foothold with a big score, buy the district from the family that holds it, and set your rackets on real street corners in a hand-built 3D city.
STAY AHEAD OF THE LAW
Heat is police attention. Jobs and rackets raise it, time and payoffs cool it. Let it climb and you get raided. Let it peak and it is over. Grease the right palms, take on a Commission contract, and read the City Tribune to see what the whole town is talking about.
FORTY WAYS FOR IT TO END
Get rich, get respected, get whacked, get busted, or go broke twenty different ways. Every run ends with a front page. Collect them all in the endings gallery.

A complete run takes two to three hours. Play at your own pace, save anywhere, pick up where you left off. Full offline play. No account needed.
Free to play with an occasional ad every few minutes of play, never while you are away from the screen. A single one-time purchase removes them for good. One optional rewarded video can bail the family out of bankruptcy, and it is only ever shown when you choose.
