I used the app as a new customer. The creat account functionality is completely broken. If you make an error on your billing info, you have completely uninstall the app the clear it. And even if you don't make a mistake, the submit button on the page doesn't work. I never was able to sign up

The call center is rediculous, everytime I have had to call I waited 35 to 40 mins minimum, then when you need to be transfered its an additional 35 to 40 mins. This is everytime and I have been with them for at least 7 years, no change.

Payment Process Through App is awful, only works half the damn time. Just errors out everytime I try to use it saying unable to process your payment at this time, yet website works no problem.
