You dont need a IP changer app, find your Host app like Linksys or etc, login your admin/router and then you'll be able to change/renew your IP. completely better in my suggestion.

It doesn't work in wifi it keeps telling me that to disable my wifi internet connection and enable mobile data. It is like they are trying to hack my personal info over mobile data don't waste your time

Helps hide my ip address from hackers, you should try it...I recommend.....I know its low class rating but no one know what it could do when some on hack your IP address your phone gets funny kind and some with your IP address can hack in to your phone, message, SMS, voicemail...still yet with all yjise hi ratings apps...try it for a week see if your phone acts better, you'll see....if you detect some one is messing with you, the first thing everyone gose gor there privacy on there phones...😉
