GPS Streaming is a platform dedicated to activating players for multiple purposes, including:

Video conferencing
Courses and private lessons
Video and audio streaming
Other forms of interactive media

Your Player: An application developed to play media playlists via DNS, allowing the user to add their own audio and video lists.

2. Permitted Use
2.1. User Responsibility: The user is responsible for adding their own playlists. The content inserted is the user's sole responsibility.

2.2. Prohibition of Illegal Content: It is prohibited to add or distribute illegal content, such as pirated material, hate speech, illegal pornography, or any other content that violates laws. During the trial period, the content is encrypted, making direct control impossible. In contracted projects, there is greater clarity regarding the client's objective.

3. Free Trial Period and Negotiation
3.1. Free use is valid for up to 7 days after the first use.

3.2. After this period, continued access will depend on negotiation based on usage and content type.

3.3. The free trial period may be extended based on usage and content analysis.

4. Brand Customization
Optional service for customizing with the client's brand and logo. This service will be charged separately.

5. Price and Charges
5.1. After the trial, the service will be charged monthly or annually, with the right to a refund within 7 days of payment.

5.2. Customizations will have variable costs depending on complexity.

6. Responsibility for Content
The user is solely responsible for any content entered, which is encrypted. The app administration does not have access to the content and is not responsible for illegal material.

7. Privacy Policy
The application does not collect data such as email, name, or preferences. User privacy is respected and treated according to this policy.
