HOW IT WORKS

Employees clock in and out directly from their smartphones using one of the available methods:

• QR Code – Scan the company headquarters QR code
• NFC – Hold your phone near the KIARO NFC tag
• GPS – Geolocalized clocking in and out for out-of-office staff

The company owner can monitor attendance in real time, manage employees, and generate detailed reports.

• Promemoria se ti dimentichi di timbrare l'entrata: arriva 10 minuti dopo l'inizio del turno, una sola volta al giorno.
• A fine giornata la schermata iniziale mostra quante ore hai lavorato e l'orario dell'ultima uscita.
• Nelle impostazioni puoi scegliere quali notifiche ricevere, tipo per tipo: comunicazioni, turni, cambi turno, promemoria e messaggi.
• Il titolare può stabilire quali richieste ogni dipendente può inviare: ferie, permessi, malattia.
• Correzioni e miglioramenti di stabilità.
