IPH Survey is a mobile application for conducting field surveys and research
Conduct professional research directly in the field. Form App is a powerful tool for interviewers and research teams that allows you to collect data even without an Internet connection.
Who is this application for?
Form App is designed for research organizations, sociological services and companies that conduct mass surveys of the population, marketing research and monitoring the quality of services. The application is used by interviewers in the field, and managers control the process through a web admin panel.
Main features:
Support for 12 types of questions — from text and numbers to matrices, ratings. Create a survey of any complexity with flexible logical transitions between questions.
Full offline mode. Conduct interviews in remote areas without mobile communication. All answers are saved on the device and automatically synchronized when the Internet is available.
Multimedia data collection. Attach photos, audio and video to the answers directly during the interview. Fix the geolocation to confirm the location of the survey.
Multilingual interface. The survey is available in Kazakh, Russian and English. The respondent chooses a convenient language directly in the questionnaire.
Smart logic transitions. Adjust the conditions for passing questions and switching between blocks depending on the respondent's answers. The interviewer sees only relevant questions.
Quality control. Built-in validation of answers allows you to skip mandatory fields or enter data in an incorrect format. Geolocation and media files confirm the fact of the interview.
