All of this and more can be done quickly and easily from your mobile phone through My IPKO, without having to go to any of IPKO's sales points.

To use the application, you are required to have an active IPKO mobile phone number.

There is an issues with the app for at least 5 days now. There were no information displayed, after i reinstalled the app nothing shows up, only the fields for number and password after i enter that nothing happenes.

Tried forget password and it said this account doesn't exist, when I tried to open a new account with the same number it said that account already exists. I then went to ipko shop thinking someone would help me but boy was I wrong, not only did they not help but they said they can't help with that kind of problem. Totally useless

Coming back after few years to edit the review. Still a horrible app, nothing works. Forgot password->user does not exist ...ok,next step Register account->confirmed number->enter unique password->register->this user already exists...LMAO This is a tech company.
