Track Counter is a simple, fast tool for shop and office staff to manage counter availability in real time.

Operators log in with their counter number and password, then toggle their assigned counter between FREE and BUSY with a single tap. The status updates instantly on the in-store TV display so customers always know which counters are available.

2. See your assigned counter and its current status
3. Tap MARK BUSY when you start serving a customer
4. Tap MARK FREE when you're ready for the next one
5. View a live overview of all counters in your store
