iPreservation IPL is the field companion app for property preservation contractors working with iPreservation Live. Built for crews in the field, it puts your work orders, tasks, photo documentation, and invoicing in one place so you can complete jobs on-site and submit results without paperwork.

WORK ORDER MANAGEMENT
View your assigned work orders, filter by status, and see everything you need for each property — address, instructions, due dates, and required tasks. Get directions to the property and track your progress from start to submission.

TASK COMPLETION
Work through bids, completions, and inspections for each order. Add line items, record quantities and pricing, and capture the details the office needs to process and pay your work.

PHOTO DOCUMENTATION
Capture before, during, and after photos directly in the app, organized by task. Your documentation uploads automatically so the office has what it needs without back-and-forth.

INVOICING
Build and submit invoices from the field with itemized pricing, so you get paid faster for completed work.

DAMAGES, HAZARDS & VIOLATIONS
Document property conditions, hazards, and code violations with photos and notes, keeping your records accurate and complete.

MESSAGING
Stay in direct contact with the office on each work order. Get questions answered and corrections handled without leaving the job.

LOCATION & ROUTING
