About this app

ClinicAsist brings together all the tasks your organization's employees need in the field and at their desks in a single application.

Field Operations
Start the task by scanning the NFC tag at the door, mark the steps one by one, and close by scanning the same tag again. The two scans record the difference between "entered the room" and "finished the task there". While there is no connection, the recording remains on the device and is automatically sent when the network is restored — nothing is lost when working in a basement or a ward with thick walls.

Important Dates
The organization's important dates are displayed in month and day view; highlights are in a separate banner.

Personnel on Leave
Those on leave today are in a single list; physician, staff, and maternity leave are counted separately and filtered by tapping the heading.

Revenue Reports
Revenue summaries by period and VAT; with department, physician, and organization breakdowns. The day's exchange rate and the month's active day rate are displayed at the beginning of the report. Only authorized users are allowed.

Announcements
Organizational announcements are permanently listed in the application; even if you miss a notification, the record remains. Tapping the notification takes you directly to the relevant screen.

Four languages
Turkish, Azerbaijani, English, Russian — the entire interface is translated.

Security
The application is unlocked with fingerprint or facial recognition. Session information is stored in the device's secure storage.

Important — internal application
This application is not a public service. Only the organization's personnel can log in with their corporate account. If you do not have a corporate account, you cannot use the application. Depending on the organization's preferred configuration, you may need to be connected to the corporate network during login.
