This review is multi dimensional - 1. App not works as intentional in terms of displaying policy info. 2. ICICI itself has no proper communication to its customers about availability of servers. As one try to login, it throws an error which has no significance to the action attempted. Example - If login is not correct then it should not even make the user login. Instead App logs in (since 'Logout' button is visible) but error is visible after the login "not successful". Great security :D

worst experience on the app. it will never fetch the policy data correct. whatever we click on the app, it shows "sorry, unable to fetch data" error. I tried to log a service ticket on app. there is an option "Write to us". In the description box in "Write to Us" screen, app does not even allow spaces. then how do users explain the problem clearly without a space in the text. really bad experience.

I had been using this app for the last 5 years, and I had never faced the issue that I am facing right now. The app simply does not load, giving an error like I am using some custom OS, wherein I am using the most updated android version Samsung M33 released on 8-Feb-2024. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app. Still, I am facing the same issue. What had happened to this app all of a sudden? It's very annoying.
