After entering the OTP for payment, the app page becomes blank. There is only one back option that will stop payments. 20 minutes later, I got an SMS."Dear Customer, if the premium amount for your policy is debited from your account, give us 72 hours to check with your bank and give you a status update". But at that very moment, I got a message saying that money had been taken. You need 72 hours to find a money transaction because your app has a flaw. I can't rely on you while I'm still living.

not working from last week.. previously i am not able to fetch my details .. so I consider the may be I need to update i deleted and reinstalled but now not able to login.. i tied many times which multiple way .

Almost everything is not working, showing error, unable to get details, try after some time. Current value of funds not getting updated
