ScanIt Delivery is the delivery driver app for automotive dealership parts departments, provided by Innovative Programming Systems.

ScanIt Delivery requires an account with a participating dealership. Drivers create their account by scanning a QR code provided by their dealership. The app is not intended for independent or gig drivers.

DELIVERY ROUTES
• View the routes assigned to your truck
• Claim a route and review its stops before departure
• Open turn-by-turn navigation in your preferred maps app
• Keep dispatchers informed of delivery progress in real time

AT EACH STOP
• Scan parts during unloading to verify the correct items
• Record not-found and partial deliveries
• Collect a recipient signature and photos as proof of delivery
• Attach notes for the parts department

RETURNS
• Scan or enter parts returned by the customer
• Select a return reason and add supporting notes

DISPATCH CHAT
• Communicate with your dispatcher directly in the app
• Receive notifications when your route changes

Location: ScanIt Delivery records the truck's location while a delivery route is in progress so dispatchers can monitor delivery status. Tracking ends when the route is completed.
