ipxpress Delivery Partner is the official app for delivery partners on the ipxpress network. Accept orders, follow pickup and drop-off details, update delivery status in real time, and complete routes with a simple workflow built for day-to-day delivery work.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Receive and review delivery requests, then accept or handle assignments from your operator.
• View order information, addresses, and notes for smooth pickups and drop-offs.
• Update progress (for example picked up, on the way, delivered) so customers and dispatch see accurate status.
• Stay informed with operational updates while you are online and working on deliveries—including when you briefly switch apps (for example to your maps app) or the screen is off during an active job.
HOW THE APP SUPPORTS RELIABLE DELIVERIES
During active delivery work, the app may show a persistent notification and use foreground services so order and status data can stay in sync with our servers, and so time-sensitive push notifications (assignments, route changes, operational alerts) can reach you when they matter. These capabilities are used for delivery operations, not for unrelated background activity.
WHO IT'S FOR
Delivery partners who are onboarded by ipxpress or their store/operator. Sign in with the credentials supplied by your administrator. For account or access issues, contact your dispatch or platform support.

• Location and notifications may be used where required by your operator for routing, proof of delivery, or operational alerts.
• A stable internet connection is recommended for live order data and updates.
• While a delivery partner is online or working on an active order, the app may show a persistent notification and use foreground services to sync delivery status, proof of delivery, and live location for dispatch/customer tracking. These services stop when the delivery is completed or the partner goes offline.
