About this app

You can check and manage your router even when you are away from home using a smartphone app.

It is available for free and is supported in beta starting with firmware 16.00.0.

*Available on router firmware 16.00.0 or higher.

1. Easy Router Registration

- The app finds routers on the same network.

- Registers the router to your ipTIME ID simply by verifying the administrator password.

*You can register a single router to multiple accounts, such as family members.

2. Passwordless Login

- Log in using a Passkey.

- You do not need to re-enter the administrator password when accessing a registered router.

3. Remote Management from Anywhere

- No port forwarding or DDNS settings are required.

- Access the router management screen directly from the app.

- You can change settings, upgrade firmware, and check connected devices.

- For products that support USB NAS, you can also use the file explorer.

*There are two connection methods: Direct and Tunnel, which are displayed at the top of the management screen.

4. Status Check and Notifications

- Check the router's status, such as online/offline status and firmware version, directly in the app.

- Receive notifications for disconnections and new firmware updates.

- Receive notifications along with the connected IP address when logging in with the administrator password.

5. EasyMesh Integration

- The mesh controller reports firmware information for the extension nodes.

- Check at a glance in the app whether the entire mesh requires an upgrade.

6. WOL (Wake on PC)

- Available on products that support WOL.

- Remotely turn on your home PC using [Wake on PC] on the app's device screen.

7. Parallel Use with ICC Service

- Can be used in conjunction with the ICC service.

8. Supported Products

- Supported by almost all products released with version 16.

- The A3008-MU and V504plus are not supported due to storage limitations.

9. Number of Registerable Devices

- Up to 20 routers and extenders can be registered to a single account.
