This app is an online tally sheet for tracking the consumption of drinks (and snacks) by members of clubs or similar organizations.

The app is installed on a device such as an iPad (iOS 8 or later) and used in kiosk mode for self-service, for example, on a wall next to the refrigerated counter. (Kiosk: In the settings, "Guided Access" is restricted to this app only.)

Members receive a PIN to make transactions to their own account. If the PIN is forgotten, it can be sent via email. This email will also be sent with the new PIN if it is changed.

Alternatively, the app can be downloaded to your own smartphone and permanently linked to your account via QR code scan at the kiosk iPad. This allows transactions to be made from your own device without a PIN.

Members are managed via an administration website. The PIN is initially sent by email or provided via another method (Excel export for printing).

Billing can also be done via the app, provided it is linked to an account that has been authorized as an administrator. Each statement is sent by email to the main account and also recorded in the database.
