About this app
This app is an online tally for billing of consumption of drinks (and snacks) membership in associations or similar organizations.
The basis is the app on an example iPad (iOS 8) installed and used in kiosk mode for Selbstbedinung to eg. a wall next to the refrigerated display case. (Kiosk: About settings as "Guided Access" limited to only this app).
Members receive a PIN to bookings on their own account to perform. If the PIN is forgotten once it can be sent by email. This email is also sent after a change with the new PIN.
Alternatively, the app will be charged to your own smartphone and connected permanently via QR code scanning at the kiosk iPad with your own account. This can be from the controller itself, perform bookings without PIN.
The members are maintained through an administration website. The PIN is sent initially by email or otherwise spend (Excel export for printing).
A settlement can be done via the app in addition, if it was connected to an account, which was released as an administrator. Every settlement we emailed the master account, and documented in the database.
