Neither the application nor support team are ready for production usage. The app runs fine, but sends notices about new information, and the information isn't actually there. Stick with the web app, while poorly designed too, at least you can find information. These are both great examples of apps built by people that don't have to use it everyday.

This app is a joke!!!! or at least I hope it is. Just look at the reviews and you will see there no rating above 3 stars. I have tried many times to log in with no success. They make it so difficult to login and when they reset everything for you and you start over you get the message "invalid credentials"

Still won't load (21 Sep 2022). A lot of reviewers with same problem. Our business has a new account. The website works fine, but the app gets hung after entering the username. I've tried multiple times and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It looks like the company has outsourced their support. According to the reviews, this problem has been around since Feb 2022.
