DBmate is the ultimate, secure, all-in-one database management client designed specifically for developers, system administrators, and database engineers on the go. Connect, query, and manage your relational and NoSQL databases securely from a single, unified mobile interface.

SECURE & LOCAL-FIRST PHILOSOPHY
DBmate is built with a strict local-first philosophy. Your credentials never touch our servers:
• Local Encryption: All connection profiles, hostnames, ports, and database passwords are encrypted on-device using AES-256 encryption via Android's EncryptedSharedPreferences.
• Secure SSH Tunneling: Access databases behind firewalls using built-in SSH tunnel configuration (including private key authentication).
• Biometric Lock Protection: Secure the app from unauthorized physical access using Android's biometric fingerprint/face authentication startup guard.

ALL-IN-ONE DATABASE COMPATIBILITY
No need to switch between different apps. DBmate handles both relational (RDBMS) and NoSQL databases in one place:
• Relational: SQLite, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle (coming soon), and Azure SQL.
• NoSQL: Redis (with CLI syntax runner) and MongoDB (with JSON/BSON queries).

ADVANCED SQL EDITOR & UTILITIES
• Smart Auto-Complete: Write queries quickly with schema-aware autocomplete (tables and columns) and SQL keyword highlighting.
• Flexible Execution: Run entire scripts, selected text, or execute the single statement at your cursor. Auto-commit and Manual transaction controls keep your production data safe.
• Interactive Table Designer: Create and modify tables visually without writing DDL code.
• In-Place Editing: Modify query results directly in the interactive data table—DBmate generates and executes parameterized updates automatically.
• Data Exporter: Export query results to clean CSV or JSON files using Android's Storage Access Framework.
• Full Backups: Run programmatic SQL script backups for MySQL/PostgreSQL, or make direct file backups for SQLite.
