Terrible app with so many faults. My account was for some reason disabled but still let me purchase packages. After purchasing I realized I couldn't watch the premium channels because the account was disabled. Customer service offered no help and let me toggle back and forth between my bank and their different internal teams. Now they sent me to their zalo customer service team where I have to explain everything over again. I will give up on the 3 month subscription, not worth it.

update October 2025: company seems to have collapsed. streaming of f1 suspended. news articles indicate company is done. Horrible, company seems to be collapsing. F1 broadcasts start late, have connection errors and cut out partway through. Error rate has been increasing lately K+ also just lost the English broadcast rights so now nobody in vietnam can watch f1 in English. F1 advised they should be providing English language so they are investigating Seems the company is imploding.

terrible, I have 300mbps wifi for my TV but watching man utd vs Burnley right now is so painful. the stream keeps freezing multiple times after I restarted my router and TV.
