About this app

Having been to the grocery store, you know it’s packed with products! ScanScape goes into these types of stores to collect information on the products it sells. Using a mobile phone app, our Field Service Representatives scan barcodes throughout the store for products on display and in-aisle. This data is then used to assess, compare and improve product and store performance. Being an FSR offers job independence and flexible weekly work.

Ratings and reviews

It's fine, it now clocks the time it takes to look for new items but it seems like every time they improve it some feature doesn't work or some other thing goes wrong. For instance there's some kind of upgrade right now but it won't let me upgrade, it just sends me back to the screen to sync, when I try to sync it sends me back to the screen to upgrade in an endless circle. If this doesn't resolve itself then the app is effectively useless and I can't work.

App keeps causing phone to perform random restarts when app is in use - please fix

I was part of the team that tested this app. I am very disappointed. We are now on our 4th update. When will you fix this? I will sync and leave the app opened before leaving home. When I get to the store and tap on the app to use it will blink out of existence and I will have to reopen it, which it immediately goes to the maintenance screen. The inventory screen freezes and records a -1 instead of what the count is. Try to fix it in the records screen, app freezes. Power consumption has double
