Dumpling Pals

Dumpling Pals started as a tiny promise from a dad to his kids: a cozy little world where you look after your very own pocket dumpling. Feed it, cuddle it, and check in throughout the day. As you play, the world opens up; customize your environments, earn coins through gentle mini-games, and go on adventures that unlock new dumpling friends. No pressure, no rush. Just soft, playful discovery, made by a family, for families.

Every pal is somebody

No two dumplings are the same. Yours is born with its own little personality - sunny or grumpy, bouncy or sleepy, cuddly or shy - and you will see it in how they play, how they eat, how they grumble at being woken, and how they greet the things you buy them.

Adopt, care and grow

Choose a dumpling, pick a name from friendly suggestions, and make it your pal. Feed it, wash it, play, cook snacks and tuck it in for naps. Your pal grows through six life stages, with new activities to discover along the way.

Cook, play and explore

- Cook 19 recipes: chop, stir, pour, season, bake - and decorate the sweet ones with sprinkles and berries (just don't go overboard, or you'll get a face!)
- Play free games, including sweet catching, pancake stacking, peek-a-boo, marshmallow roasting and Snack Duel
- Earn coins and stars, with more games unlocking as your pal grows
- Travel through ten colourful lands, meet twenty friends in each, and celebrate every finished land with a parade

Make a home full of memories

Decorate with more than 170 things - furniture, wallpapers, hats and toys - and watch your pal really use them: curling up in the armchair, hugging a teddy at bedtime, watching the fish, jumping into the ball pit, switching on the lamp when evening comes. The Album keeps your stickers, trophies, decorated rooms and every pal you have raised.

Iridium Tree is a one-person indie studio - me, the developer - powered by my two wonderfully curious kids and a very patient mom. I write the code; they invent the worlds. Dumpling Pals is our first little pal, born from a real story around our kitchen table.

I ship quietly, one step at a time, alongside a day job. Quality over quantity, family ideas over trends - and a warm welcome to anyone who wants to share what their kids would love to see next.

A pal left uncared for over a long time can become ill and may eventually pass away. This is shown gently, without upsetting imagery, and the pal remains visitable in the Album. Its belongings are passed on to your next pal.
