Extremely clunky redesign and very poor UX. Why can't you swipe left/right anymore to change sections. And overall, you have to scroll too much. Far too much empty space. Overall it feels like it was redesigned by interns and certainly without any UX expertise. The old app was far superior.

I generally like the app upgrade. A few points of note: 1. The app lags while reading an article as I scroll over an ad. 2. Adding a dark theme option would be fantastic. It's pretty standard these days. 3. It would great functionality to bookmark an article without needing to initially click into it. Similar to the Wall Street Journal. Thanks.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to send us your suggestions which have been passed to the product team. Dark mode has been a popular request and we are working on improving ad performance.

Definitely a significant improvement on the older app which was annoyingly crude to use. Much better flow now. It's a bit irritating to encounter the same article/piece more than once though! Perhaps list the 10 best/current/most popular higher up in the running order? If I've read it, I don't want to have to scroll past it again! Well done to the upgraders. That was a long overdue step.
