For the past three weeks there has been no new movies loaded. I have a valid subcription. This is the second time this has happened. In the past I uninstall and reinstall the apps, which worked. That hack no longer works. I have also tried the manual sync this does not work. Kindly repair this issue. Thank you.

Hi Marsha, let's get this resolved for you. Please manually synchronize the app. Here is how: Click on the profile icon, at the top right hand side of the app. Scroll down to tap on the Last synced option and hold it down for a while. Log out and log back in again then check the movie page.

Something is seriously wrong with the app!! For quite sometimes now it hasn't been updating. No new movies are showing. I have to go on their IG page to find names of new movies then look for them on the app. When I paid less there were no issues and now that the subscription is more it's not working properly. Btw I've uninstalled it like 3 times and restarted my phone just to make. PLEASE FIX IT

I dont know what is going on with my app. I can't watch any movies on my android phone right now and for the past 4 months, new movies have not been up loading on my phone. When trying the play back few minutes ago, it said " unable to, license expired ". For the last 2 months, I'm unable to open the app on my ipad. The only way I watch movies are on my laptop. I'm seriously thinking of cancelling my subscription.
