For the past three weeks there has been no new movies loaded. I have a valid subcription. This is the second time this has happened. In the past I uninstall and reinstall the apps, which worked. That hack no longer works. I have also tried the manual sync this does not work. Kindly repair this issue. Thank you.

Hi Marsha,
let's get this resolved for you. Please manually synchronize the app. Here is how: Click on the profile icon, at the top right hand side of the app. Scroll down to tap on the Last synced option and hold it down for a while. Log out and log back in again then check the movie page.

I'd give this 5-stars if it kept a cache of what I've watched already and saved where I left off in a movie or a series. I have to take note of the timestamp or the last episode as the app contains no memory. Also, I have to keep clearing data before I can see any new movies or episodes. There is an excellent selection of films and series, however.
