IronLock Guard Monitor is a workforce-safety app for lone security personnel. It helps guards sign into their assigned shifts, share their location while on duty, respond to welfare check-ins and submit verification photos giving both guards and their control room confidence that a lone worker is safe throughout a shift.
The app is provided by security organisations to their authorised staff. Accounts are created by your employer; public sign-up is not available.
KEY FEATURES
Shift sign-in and sign-out
Start and end your assigned shift with a clear record of when you were on duty.
Live location while on duty
Share your location with your control room only while a shift is active. IronLock does not track you outside working hours and does not keep a continuous travel history.
Welfare check-ins
Receive periodic welfare prompts during a shift and enter the code shown to confirm you are safe. If a check is missed, your supervisor is alerted.
Photo verification
Capture a live verification photo when requested, confirming your presence at the assigned location.
Works offline
If your connection drops, IronLock securely records welfare responses, location and photos on your device and uploads them automatically once you are back online.
Status and alerts
See your current shift status, location zone and battery at a glance, along with any alerts from your control room.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
- Location is used only during an active shift and for safety purposes.
- No facial recognition and no biometric data.
- Data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored securely.
- Processed in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
