Pocket Salvager is a compact turn-based tactical roguelite about rebuilding a recovery drone from the machines it dismantles.
Move through derelict 7×7 sectors, control enemy positioning, work around unstable hazards, and turn disabled machines into salvage. Recovered modules can be fitted during the expedition, but every refit costs an action and can trigger the predictable hostile pulse that fires after every second committed action.
Your build is a set of trade-offs rather than a simple power ladder. Heavy armor improves integrity but increases movement drain. Power modules expand battery capacity. Cooling lets aggressive weapons run harder. Drives, weapons, utilities, and adjacent module synergies create different viable chassis layouts.
Every secured exit presents the central decision: extract the scrap you are carrying, or descend into a more dangerous sector for a larger extraction multiplier. If the chassis is destroyed, the carried salvage is lost.
Features:
• Turn-based tactical grid built for touch controls
• Field salvage and mid-expedition module refitting
• Weight, battery, heat, integrity, timing, and adjacency trade-offs
• Four enemy behaviors, three sector directives, and changing environmental conditions
• Four-sector risk/reward expeditions
• Permanent blueprint unlocks and configurable loadouts
• Local save/resume and offline play
• Optional sound, haptics, and Reduce Motion
• No account or internet connection required
Rebuild your salvage drone mid-run and decide how deep to risk the haul.
